The Parish Priest is assisted by the Parish Pastoral Council and the Parish Finance Council as advisory bodies in the day-to-day running of the Parish.
Parish Pastoral Council The Pastoral Council consists of the Parish Priest plus a group of parishioners chosen by the Parish Community. The Pastoral Council provides advice and support to the Parish Priest in his role of building a vital Catholic community focussed living and promoting God's values of love, justice and peace.
The Pastoral Council also advises the Parish Priest regarding the Strategic Pastoral Plan of the Parish to guide the Parish into the future.
Parish Finance Council To co-operate with the Parish Priest and the Parish Pastoral Council as an advisory body regarding the financial priorities and needs of the Parish.
To constantly review the Parish financial position, expenditure and records to ensure they are in accordance with Diocesan standards.
To make available an annual report.
Members of the Finance Council are appointed by the Parish Priest.
